Safety

C.D.E.'s corporate culture is one where safety for all employees, subcontractors and other contractors is paramount.  C.D.E. believes that all contractors must work together to ensure a safe work environment.  A safe work site is an accomplishment of the entire project team.

All of C.D.E.'s project management and field forces have received the minimum required hours of OSHA safety training.  All project managers have Site Safety Manager certification and are registered Construction Superintendents with the NYC Department of Buildings.

In addition, C.D.E. has trained it's personnel specialized topics, including:

• Scaffolding

• Lead Paint

• Refrigerant Handling

• Arc Flash Safety
